ARTISTS FOR PEACE WEEK @ UC IRVINE

I'll be reading at the "Poetry and Art Night," which is part of UC Irvine's Middle East Studies Student Initiative's "Artists for Peace Week."

The week's events include many other artists as well. In particular, on February 14, my friend, Zade Dirani, a fantastic Jordanian pianist, will also be performing.

The events are designed, in part, to build support for a Middle East Studies program, which currently doesn't exist at UC Irvine. All in all, a great cause.
